This week’s game was at home to Stockport County, a team without a win this season but had performed well in previous matches only losing out to table topping Brighouse Town 1-0 last weekend.

After the abandoned midweek game against Leeds United, Bradford City were hoping for a positive result against table topping Barnsley. It was great to see the pitch looking good and sun shining, but even better to see Chelsea Sandford who suffered a large cut to the forehead which required the attendance of Yorkshire Ambulance Service on Wednesday night here to watch the team.
